Hypertech Laser began in 2014 out of a small two-car garage in Huntington Beach, California, where we crafted high-performance cooling products for race cars. What started as a passion for racing innovation quickly evolved into one of the most recognized brands in the motorsports industry. As our product line and reputation grew, so did our manufacturing demands. In 2020, CEO John Nguyen made the pivotal decision to establish an in-house fabrication division after facing challenges with quality, cost, and lead times from outside vendors. Beginning in a modest 1,400 sq. ft. facility, we built roll cages for the SPEC Corvette racing series—cages that became the benchmark for quality and safety nationwide.
Driven by the vision of scalable, repeatable precision, we embraced automation and advanced technology such as 3D scanning, CNC tube notching, and CAD design—allowing us to lead the market in innovation and efficiency. Today, Hypertech Laser operates from a 5,500 sq. ft. facility in Riverside, California, equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting, tube processing, and bending machinery. Combining our deep experience in consumer product manufacturing with advanced fabrication capabilities, we proudly serve both B2B and direct-to-consumer markets. From reverse engineering and prototyping to full-scale production, Hypertech Laser delivers turnkey manufacturing solutions—providing unmatched speed, precision, and quality from concept to finished product at your door.
